Shipping Policy

Odor Control Systems LLC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of this website. Solvedify products are provided under the Solvedify brand and system. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website/warehouse, or with the manufacturer’s inventory, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or request a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. In most cases, we can provide precise shipping costs and include them in a prior-order formal proposal. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

Returns

3.1 All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization); returned goods sent without an RMA will be rejected. Return Due To Change Of Mind: We will accept returns due to a change of mind if a request to return is received within 3 days of receipt of the item, and the item is returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed via email. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return and may require review before approval.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We will honor valid warranty claims provided a claim is submitted within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Customers must pre-pay return shipping; reimbursement will be issued upon successful claim approval. Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive either (a) a refund, (b) store credit, or (c) a replacement item (if available).

Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Orders placed before 11 AM EST will be dispatched the same day if items are in stock; otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally: Generally, international shipments are in transit for 4 - 22 days to arrive at the destination port. Customs processing times are outside our control and may vary depending on the courier or customs authority.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses using USPS only. Courier services are not available.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded expectations, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow shipment progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and contact us. If delivered without your presence, contact us immediately for next steps.

Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied at checkout where required and reflected in your order confirmation.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may be required for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer. If refused, the shipment will be returned at the customer’s expense, and a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before dispatch. If already shipped, refer to the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy. Restocking fees may apply.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
